Six contemporary dancers from seven sisters group are joined by six distinguished ballroom dancers to set the ballroom dance floor of the Royal Festival Hall in motion.

The piece plays with clichés and stereotypes of ballroom dancing, conjuring up tender, funny, embarrassing and sensual moments so familiar to all, but above all it celebrates the fun, romance and pleasure of dancing together.

Commissioned by the South Bank Centre.
