April 2010:
seven sisters group will be celebrating its 15½ anniversary in April. We are planning an evening of events and party with a variety of works, installations and screenings by past and current members of the group.
September 2010:
seven sisters group has been invited back to the V&A to produce a performance piece for the next London Design Festival week at the V&A in September 2010.

seven sisters group presents ASTERION at the V&A as part of the London Design Festival. The ‘performance walk’ is available during opening hours from 19-27 September with live performance element on Thursday 24th between 2-5pm.

Artistic Director Susanne Thomas travels to Korea and Japan to work with Homo Ludens performance company in Seoul and to make links with dancers and institutions/venues in Tokyo. The 2-week residency in Seoul includes a presentation of the seven sisters group’s site-specific performance portfolio to a group of artists, venue and festival directors at Seoul Theatre Centre and impromptu performances with Homo Ludens in public spaces in Seoul.
Homo Ludens is currently fundraising for Susanne to return to Seoul in 2010 to create Behind The Scenes for a performance festival in Seoul.

seven sisters group has been resident company at University of Surrey since 2004. The group is engaging in research, symposiums and workshops, while working towards a new production for 2008.
The premiere of THE FOREST in 2004, commissioned by the dance department of Surrey University, was the first project of this residency. The company is currently engaged in research under the title BEHIND THE SCENES, as well as in the development of a new website concerning site performance.
